Dejligste oplevelse i Marrakech
2Ciels boutique hotel er den dejligste oplevelse, du kan forestille dig i Marrakech. Alt er perfekt, personalet er yderst serviceminded især i morgenmadsrestauranten og på deres rooftop, rengøringen er ligeledes helt i top. Vi kommer igen for fjerde gang.

Fantastisk hotel!
Fantastisk sted med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Absolut det bedste hotel jeg længe har været på! Morgenmaden og deres aftensmenu er virkelig gode og servicen både her og til deres aftensmad er i topklasse. Lækker bar på tagterrassen med udsigt mod alt udover nordvest. Pool på tagterrasse og på indergården som så lækre ud. Ligger ca 20-30min gangafstand fra Medinaen og 15min fra tog og busstation(supertours). Den eneste minus er at det er lidt lyt og da vi boede lige under tagterrasse kunne vi høre musikken derfra om aftenen. De slukkede dog kl.00, så det var bestemt ikke noget større problem.

Super dejligt sted!
Helt fantastisk hotel! Min kæreste og jeg var der i en uge og vi nødvores ophold her med fulde drag. Fantastisk service og godt personale. Vil helt klart anbefale dette hotel, specielt til par er det et dejligt sted, eftersom det er roligt, men man stadig kan tage op på tagterassens bar om aftenen når man gerne vil lidt ud. Har ikke noget dårligt at sige om stedet, alt har været super.

Et smukt sted. Virkelig god service. Rent. Stille område med 20 minutters gang til centrum. Eneste minus var generende støj fra det meget aktive rengøringspersonale, fra tidlig morgen og hele dagen. Bump. Høje skrabelyde fra metal mod metal. Lille bitte altan, uden sol. Smukt poolområde på taget, med høj musik. Vi var på bryllupsrejse, hvilket jeg havde gjort klart fra bookingens start. Vi mærkede ikke, at hotellet havde noteret sig dette. Lækker morgen buffet/aften bar. Venligt personale.

Nice hotel but boring area
Nice hotel, but very little service. In the restaurant no one asked if we wanted more to drink, have dessert, coffeee or anythibg. Just took our plates and left us sitting there. There were many waiters but no attention.

Fik ikke de værelser vi havde betalt for.
Rigtig fint hotel, lækker morgenmad, men vi havde booket to x deluxe værelser, det var ikke de værelser vi fik. Når vi kigger på billeder og beskrivelser af værelserne, kan vi se, at vi har fået værelse charme, men betalt for deluxe. Ikke helt i orden.

Rigtig dejlig hotel med virkelig søde og venligt personale. Hotellet ligger i den nye bydel, men der er ikke længere end man sagtens kan gå til Medinaen og souken. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel. Restaurenten på hotellet var også rigtig lækker.

Fantastisk hotel i Marokkos perle
Fantastisk fed oplevelse og rigtig god service - helt klart et 5 stjernet hotelvætdigt. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen. Derudover er hotellets beliggenhed super, alt er i gåafstand hvilket giver mulighed for at komme rundt og lade sig forføre at de små gader og stræder.

Dejligt hotel godt beliggende. Mange tjenere, men ikke så gode til at servicere. Vi har tre på værelset, som var dejligt stort, men den ekstra seng var en sovesofa, som ikke levede op til standarden. Dejlig tagtaresse

Overordnet et dejligt hotel.
Vi kom tilbage igen på vores sidste dag. De er lidt langsomme til chek ind og vi fik nøglen til nogen andres værelse, som de måtte fikse. Men det er et hyggeligt sted, med super søde venligt personale.

A Good Nice hotel
The morning buffet Was not Good. The restaurant Was okay. The rooms Was Nice and the bed really Good. The staff Was Nice and service minded. It took 20 min to walk to the Medina, but only 5 min to Walt to the mall. Sorry for My english.

Le personnel est très à l’écoute et professionnel. Le service est super. L’hôtel est tellement magnifique! Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse sur le roof top. La cuisine était excellente. Nous étions 3 femmes et nous nous sentions à l’aise et en sécurité. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel!

The wifi was really bad, we used the hotspot from one of the phone's sim cards the whole time. The breakfast was included in our room so when we got a room door tag that offered breakfast in the room for an additional service charge for delivery we decided to order it. When it arrived, it turns out it was 49 euro for the two of us. When I inquired as to why the breakfast was charged if it was included they said because it was a la carte instead of coming to get it in the buffet in the dining area. I spoke with the front desk because the breakfast ordering card only said there was a fee for delivering the food to the room, it had no prices listed for "a la carte" and it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the card. It definitely felt a little shady so wouldn't recommend getting breakfast brought to the room. There is much cheaper and better food at cafes nearby. The hotel was clean and all the staff were nice. We got pedicures at the spa that definitely weren't worth the 30 euros (whole pedicure was really short and quick, no massage on the foot or legs) so if you're used to spa pedicures in the USA its not at all like that. The pool view was nice, pool itself was freezing so we didn't get to swim. All in all, glad we picked the hotel for the location and we wouldn't mind staying here again (minus the spa, wifi, and breakfast).

This is a very good hotel to stay at. It's well located in a safe and nice area of Marrakech. They offer a great breakfast which was included in our plan. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars to them is because our room located on the 5th floor was noisy at nights as they have a lounge/roof top club, so it was hard to have a good sleep. We asked for change for they didn't have room available. Other than that our experience was very good.

Excelente hotel, moderno y con todas las comodidades. Situado a 5 minutos a pie de Gueliz y a 15 de Djeema Lfnaa. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y con camas comodísimas. Tiene un lounge en sexta planta, con una pequeña piscina, vistas impresionantes, buena música y personal atento. El restaurante en la planta baja impresionante. Buena comida, buen servicio y una decoración exquisita.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I also loved its location but what I really appreciated was the staff… every single person from the doorman, the receptionists, the cleaning crew, the restaurant personel, everyone were very polite, friendly and helpful even after they had been hit by an earthquake the night before. I moved from my hotel located in the Medina to this hotel due to the damages from the earthquake and all of them were very nice to me, specially the doorman. I cant believe how well they handle the situation the day after the earthquake, the lobby was crowded with people going crazy, with me having a nervous breakdown and them probably have their own concerns about their families and friend… and still they were very nice and very polite.
