I contacted the host the day before check in and asked if everything was ok and when we will get the check in details . The host relied that we will get the details nearer the time . "Night staff was terrible, three male individuals were completely unhelpful. Phones in room led to miscommunication. Maids walk into your room unannounced. Early in the morning cleaning rooms next door while talking incredibly loud. Stark contrast to the service in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel."

"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. "

"This was in a great location. It was very nice and well kept. Comfortable accommodations and very walkable the most popular locations. Only one small hiccup when checking in as you have to call the call box to be let in and no one was answering the phone. Luckily someone who lived in the building came up and let us in the building as we could not get in contact with the property managers.
