"We had a great time. The tent and toilet were clean. We appreciated the water provided and the cookware. The only thing to note is that there is a bit of walking on a rocky trail before reaching the campsite (not next to the parking spot). The river was fun to explore but can be difficult for younger kids to get to. The campsite is close to Minnewaska State Park, very convenient. "

"The actual apartment was clean. The property and entryway to the stairs was not good. I almost didn’t go upstairs bc of how bad it was. We were there for family weekend at the CIA so we weren’t hanging out in the apartment so I just let it go. Parking was a mess but I think that had to do with the city. We ended up parking at the auto parts store across the street. Owner had good communication. "

"I was very happy with the property. I shared the place with my adult children for a family wedding. It was wonderful to have some quality, screenfree, engaging time with them. We took full advantage of the games and cards provided. The bedding was sooo comfy that I came home and ordered the same pillows that were there. I would definitely add the fact that the water is “well water” to the listing so people know in advance to bring water. All in all a great experience."

"The cottage was contemporary and cozy, immaculate and extremely well equipped. The kitchen was so well appointed that had we not been gathering elsewhere for family lunches/dinners over the holiday week, I would have really enjoyed cooking/baking in it. The beds were quite comfy and the black out curtains appreciated. "Really nice place all around with an amazing view. Hosts have have put thoughtful details in and it shows. We had a minor issue (something we probably should've figured out) and they were happy to help almost immediately after letting them know. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware, spices, and coffee we needed. Definitely recommend. "
