THE SPACE

Step inside and feel instantly at ease in this bright and inviting home. The living room welcomes you with a comfortable green sofa and a warm electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. For those working remotely, a quiet, dedicated office space is set up to ensure you can be productive.

The well equipped kitchen has all the essentials you'll need to prepare your favorite meals (please note, there is no dishwasher). Enjoy your food at the dining table or take it outside to the private, fenced-in backyard, which features a patio table and seating for four under a shade umbrella.

Sleeping Arrangements:
* Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a dresser and a smart TV.
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a dresser and a smart TV.

The full bathroom is a Jack-and-Jill style, conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have private access to the entire property, including the house, the fenced backyard, and the single-car garage for your parking convenience. Check-in is simple and flexible with our self check-in process.

Please note that a single cabinet in the storage area between the garage and dining room will be locked for our cleaning inventory.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in is after 3 PM
* Check-out is before 10 AM
* Pets are strictly prohibited on this property. This includes all animals, except for legally defined service animals as permitted under applicable law. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and therapy animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.

Any unauthorized animal brought onto the property will result in additional cleaning and/or damage fees and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter package of inventory for your convenience, including 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 full roll of paper towels.

Monthly Pricing: $2500/month (not including service fees).
