We felt the lockbox was on the wrong door and we had a hard time finding the right door. It was around the opposite side of the house. The key is accessed inside the lock box. Our stay was wonderful. Sarah was quick to reply with clear information. Entry to the home was hassle free. Certainly not any fault of Sarah's but it was a bit of a bother that we had to be careful with water consumption due to the unusually dry summer. That aside, I would book it again.
