"Really clean property, really friendly and attentive and staff. Sales staff (for Krystal Rewards) were REALLY pushy, which was annoying. Perhaps it's because we went towards the end of busy season/beginning of the off season, but there were 2 of 7 nights that all property restaurants were closed, many nights only one restaurant was open. We were able to enjoy the great breakfast buffet on the Hacienda side only once before it was closed for the duration of our stay. On 2 occasions, we weren't...

"El problema es que volamos de madrugada y llegamos a las 10 am..por lo cual no nos dieron habitacion...pero pasaron las 4pm y la srita de mostrador solo me dijo motivos por los cuales no me podia ayudar...hasta que cambio de turno y otro empleado me cambio de habitacion inmediatamente y disculpandose. El hotel es viejo pero accesible y por demas todo el personal muy amable. Solo desayunabamos ahi y el buffet es recomendable"

"Belle emplacement! Options pour tous! Notre première chambre était la 301 vie partielle sur l’océan. Très belle chambre et propre. Nous avons demandé un upgrade section Hacienda Adulte seulement et avons eu la 193 swim out. Juste wow! Le staff était d’une politesse incroyable. Coup de coeur pour Felix section plage, Louis section OWest et Cesar section piscine Hacienda. Les plus beaux couchés de soleil jamais vue au roof top OWest… bonne nourriture. À la carte de loin la Catrina resto Mexicain...
