"If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. "The staff were great. Depending on what you’re looking for the location is great. Only three units(converted seacans) and a patio for guests on top. The restaurant is fairly busy in the evenings but other than that it’s peaceful af. Great sunset views nightly. Parrots,hummingbirds. Great breakfast."

"Nice little spot. Close to Manuel Antonio Beach and Manuel Antonio Park. Nice pool and hot tub you can use anytime. It's clean and has what you need. Breakfast is not included but is good and reasonably priced. It's on someone's private property. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. "

"We stayed in room 121 which is a perfect location for the pool and for the restaurant and spa. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The shower was super! complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner daily. I had a massage and a facial on two different days. Very good. The Restaurant was also excellent with many offerings. "This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star."

"Nice little hotel with super good large rooms. The bed and pillows are very good. The employees are very customer oriented and friendly. We also ordered tours through the hotel, and all were super good. The only recommendation for improvement is the breakfast."

"Clean and modernized room and bath. Beautiful location with ocean and mountain views. Hotel is inside the mountain top park with lots of beautiful plants and lovely animals. Love the multiple long and high hanging bridges spanning from tree to tree. Lots of fun to walk, climb, and observe in the park. "The VIEW from our room and from the pool area is UNBEATABLE! I would highly recommend. The staff was accommodating and friendly as well. A couple of things to note, the drive up to it can be a little rough so a sturdy car is nice to have, the shower water doesn’t seem to get hot, the room itself doesn’t have tv or convenient access to outlets but all these things are minor issues compared to the beauty of the view. "
