"Værelset var rigtig lækkert og servicen lige så. Der var dog en fugtig lugt på værelset, som generede. Poolen var heller ikke tilgængelig. Ellers var alt andet som forventet, og jeg kan anbefale"

"We did not feel that Costabella Resort were managed very well. The staff was very nice and helpful but some things were strange to us : - They started onsite construction work at 7.30 in the morning (no information) - There was a big party for non-guests on the beach from the morning until 5 PM. Very noisy and took up very much of the facilities - We were travelling 4 people but only allowed to buy breakfast beforehand for two people. When we arrived we we had to buy for our kids for the quadruple price of our own (the staff did what they could to help us). - The infrastructure around the breakfast was not too good, so many things were not available. Ranging from foods to cups and glasses. Besides that the food and drinks were very expensive - soft drinks for instance is much more expensive than in the airport. You are not allowed to take food or drinks from outside to your room"

"Personalet er venlige og flinke, men værelset er meget mørkt og ikke så rent som der kunne ønskes. Håndklæder var ikke så hvide og vandet var meget mærkeligt og min kone kunne simpelthen ikke skylle shampooen ud af håret, så hun ser frem til at komme hjem og vaske håret"
