"What an amazing view! The hosts were very helpful with local suggestions and we had an wonderful time. The breakfast was awesome and the view from the back porch is a bonus! The home is a treasure from the 1800's. We would highly recommend this inn when staying in the Acadia area!"

"We loved this property. It is far enough from town to feel secluded but close enough to visit Acadia, Bar Harbor, and other local attractions. Great location and the tent was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Lee and Peg were excellent hosts as well."

"We felt very comfortable in this sweet little cottage in the woods. It’s only a short distance off Hwy 1, but far enough for no traffic noise. The location makes it easy to travel to any of the beautiful peninsulas. The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and we felt like we found a treasure renting here. "My Family had a wonderful week staying @ this home on our vacation this summer. It was so easy for check in and check out process. The house was clean and has a wonderful lawn for spreading out and game time. We loved the trail to the lake, and we had Kayaks to use, and the Pond is just breath taking. Very private. Our family would stay @ this property again. I would recommend this for any family."

"Lovely, updated two-bedroom house in a beautiful setting! Situated half-way between two Acadia National Park destinations - the more popular (and more crowded) Mt Desert Island/Bar Harbor and the beautiful (less crowded) Schoodic Peninsula. The house was clean and well-cared for with newer appliances and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Check-in and out was simple and Amy made herself available but we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"We loved everything about this rental. It is private, immaculately clean, and horses! It was so quiet and relaxing to watch the sunrise with coffee out on the deck and horses grazing in the paddocks. This home is perfectly situated to be close to Bar Harbor, Acadia Park, Schoodic Point (even better) and yet distant from crowds and heavy traffic. Driving past the Wyman Blueberry fields was amazing! The host was so helpful and we were so grateful for the Schoodic Point recommendation!"
