I have stayed at this Quality Inn many times. === Since my last stay, there is new carpeting through the hallways, new vinyl ("floating") flooring in the guest rooms, fresh paint in the lobby, hallways, guest rooms and breakfast room, new furniture in the lobby and guest rooms, and many other visible improvements. === My guest room was clean; the bedding was soft, comforting, and relaxing, and the mattress was very comfortable (and -- if not new -- certainly in excellent condition). The heating and cooling unit in my guest room operated quietly and efficiently throughout my stay. === The customer service was mostly pleasant and attentive (although the hotel is understaffed, and it shows a bit). === I did not use the indoor pool this time, but I did have breakfast, and breakfast was warm, fresh, and tasty. === It's good to see the many improvements to the facility; I hope the staffing shortage can be improved as well. === I would stay at this Quality Inn again because it's a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay and a REALLY GOOD value. Keep up the good work !!
