"Very clean "

"The pool was clean and excellent, but there was a constant hum and drone likely related to cleaning and heating that be experienced through most of the house. The space was excellent in amount and distribution , but the furnishings were not quite up to the same level of quality. Beds are soft/not especially comfortable . The furniture for sitting was too low or too high and somewhat wobbly at outside counter. The shades were ineffective for keeping light out. Exceptionally clean with rare bug...

"Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!! "

"This house was impeccably clean and well-appointed for a superb vacation experience. The beds are all comfortable, and there is plenty of space to spread out. The backyard is spectacular with so many sitting areas and places to enjoy the outdoors. The home is quiet as is the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly when we encountered them while enjoying walks. This home is ideally located for easy highway access and trips to the beach or either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. "

"I scheduled a ten day stay. I had to leave day 5 and fight to get a refund. Torn and stained furniture, inside and outside. Misrepresented unit in photos. (there are 3 in this complex) Location is NOT in Wilton Manors. Roaches. Holes in wall. Broken tv remote. Loosely hung art over the bead that fell on my head in the middle of the night. No dishwashing tablets. Undesirable neighborhood. "

"We went for Miami Open Tennis Finals and the place was about a 25 min walk to the event. The host was very responsive and the place was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us. The only suggestion which I already shared with host is to make sure that the security deposit amount is clearly listed. My security deposit ended up being more than my total stay for 3 nights so I essentially got charged double before staying. Aside from the lack of clarity of steep deposit during initial booking...

"House was clean and property described on the listing. However, there were no pillows in one of the bedrooms and only the shams, only one trash bag in house. Mirrors can be added to the bedrooms to avoid having women to go to the bathroom to put on make up. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The champagne left for us was a nice touch."
