Nothing dated here!  Upon acquiring this fabulous home, we replaced all new stylish furniture, upscale beachy decor, new TVs - a fresh, new look and feel.

Just minutes from the white sand beach, Mackle Park, and town center, your tropical paradise awaits at this bright, spacious 4-bedroom luxury vacation home that sleeps 11 comfortably in beds - King, King, Queen, Queen, & 3 single. This newly purchased, newly furnished, newly decorated home boasts a private heated screened-in pool. The home's southern exposure orientation keeps the pool in the warm sun all day. This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island!

As you step into this lovely newly furnished home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal - plus additional kitchen island bar seating.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine. The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.

Raise your glass and toast your travel mates after serving them a drink from the elegant bar just off the lanai.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated (always 85) pool - oriented with southern exposure so it's in the warm sunshine all day. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs.

When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The spacious master has a king bed with 65" cable smart TV, second also a king with 55" cable smart TV, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with comfortable memory foam. The bedding is all high quality and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious newly furnished, tastefully decorated home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of three flat-screen cable smart TVs - a giant home theatre 75" in the Living room, 65" in the Master, and 55" in the King bedroom.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.

Free beach access nearby, private southern exposure pool in a private setting, very quiet residential street with little traffic. Exceptional for families with kids. This home is literally 6 doors from Mackle park. Just minutes by bike or walk. You'll love the upscale beachy decor.

We love animals and your pets are welcome at the house.  We charge a $45 per pet per day fee and will send the request for the pet fee separately from the reservation.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

Home as described, great size and layout for our family of 6. Had everything we needed, great location (close to parks, beaches, restaurants/stores), great pool/outdoor space. Nice to have bikes and beach chairs. Easy checkin and check out process, and communication was clear/timely when needed.

Booking was easy, check in was easy, everything at this house made our stay so easy. Nice place, plenty supplies and very comfortable for the seven adults that stayed there. If I had any suggestions it would only be they need a bigger coffee pot. lolWe really enjoyed sitting outside on the Lanai and the pool area is lovely. I would book this property again!

In our recent stay, my family and I found this house to be absolutely perfect. We spent 3 days here and truly appreciated the spacious layout of the property. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided, such as an abundance of towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, and even bikes and beach chairs in the garage. The proximity to stores and restaurants exemplifies suburban living. We definitely plan on returning next summer as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was also a lovely feature, and the host demonstrated professionalism and prompt responsiveness. This property truly felt like a home away from home and we highly recommend it.

The AC the house own is not working! It was at 79* the whole staying. Two maintenance guys were in to take care of it but it did nothing. It felt like heat inside de house the whole time. I am very disappointed but if you are okay with a 79 degree temperature inside the house it’s okay. In conclusion the AC is too small to keep the temperature of the house cool. The worst part is trying to sleep with that temperature because these are no fans in any bedroom…

We had two families staying over spring break. The house lacks basic and functional features. The sheets and towels are well worn and tired- in need of immediate replacing. There are two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one in the main area. The living room has a small sofa and even smaller love seat which does not effectively nor comfortably accommodate seating for five/ six people. The couch had a broken arm which rendered it very uncomfortable. There is no garbage disposal which is a small expenditure that has been over looked and much needed. The sink in the master bathroom did not drain and was constantly clogged. I did reach out to the property manager about the well known issues of the pool lights not working, clogged drain, broken barstool, broken couch arm. She was responsive and a handy man did come to the property- however there was a significant language barrier and he didn’t address the issues reported. Overall- the property could really use more economic investment. The outside area was lovely and could seat everyone comfortably. The property was underwhelming and lack luster for the price point.

The only problem is the communication with the management company. I would ask a question to one person. Another person would respond but not read the whole thread. We paid for early entry yet all the communications kept saying we could not check in till 4:00

This house was large and spacious and very clean. However, the pool had a lot of sand in the bottom and upon arrival the water was cloudy. The landscaping was also unkempt. Location was OK but a lot of construction going on close by which took away from the natural beauty of the location. There was nothing wrong with the house but I definitely felt like I had over paid.

First off, the outside pool lights and grill were non functioning and when I reached out to the manager I didn’t receive a reply regarding the grill. There were spare bulbs found in a drawer but I don’t believe it’s my job to switch those out during my stay. The house wasn’t fully clean upon arrival like cob webs and dust throughout. The kitchen still had pantry items from the previous renters. Overall, the house was functional but it just lacked a certain level of detail and consistency in order to be called “luxury”. All the silverware, kitchen tools and appliances were not high end and some seemed to be Items left behind from previous renters. We recommend the owners do a thorough walk through and make sure they tighten up over used items around the house. The house served its purpose of location to everything but it’s Marco Island everything is relatively close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 2 infants and a five year old and they loved the pool. The bikes were in good shape and some of our party enjoyed bike rides to the beach and around the area. The managing company was very attentive to all of our needs. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a good experience at this house! The kitchen was very functional. The park down the street is beautiful. We spent most of the time doing day trips to the surrounding areas and in the pool at the house. We were able to ride bikes to beach --took 15-20 min. It is just a few miles, with good bike paths most of the way. The layout was slightly different than expected. There is a master bath, and then the other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. Given the bathroom layout, it might be a little tight for 8 people. We stayed very comfortably with our family of 6,. We would happily stay in that location again, but not if our primary objective was time on the beach.

I will start this review off by saying that this was the most expensive and least "nice" house I have ever rented for a vacation. I rent houses 2-3 times per year and have stayed all over the US and Europe. As soon as I paid for this rental, I contacted the owners asking if there would be a pack-n-play available for our baby to use. I received a response saying that we could purchase whatever we needed for our stay and request a refund afterwards. I decided to bring a travel crib with me to the house (rather than going to a store on arrival), but found out that the house actually already had a pack-n-play when I arrived. It would have been nice for them to communicate that to me, since I had directly asked. Upon arrival to the airport, I received a call from the homeowner telling me that the pool lights were not functioning - that by itself was not a big deal to us, but it was the start of a very disheartening stay at this home. When we finally arrived to the house, we found that one of the two showers in the house as well as the kitchen sink did not have warm water. All EIGHT people staying in the house had to share a single shower for the entire week of our stay, which was located inside the master bedroom. To their credit, I will say that the owner sent a handyman out to the house to try to fix the problem twice, but the problem was never actually fixed, despite us contacting them repeatedly, and they never offered us a refund of any sort for the inconvenience. My other issue with this house was the general state of their sheets, linens, towels and dishes. Their cookware was badly beaten up and the Teflon coating on every pot/pan in the kitchen was scratched up so badly that I felt unsafe cooking in them. Most of the towels were old, thin and stained. The same was true for the scratchy sheets. When we wanted to go to the beach, there was no cooler to take with us. The bikes were cheap, rusty and unsafe. One of the handlebars literally came off the bike as I was riding it (thank goodness I was going slow enough to stop and just walk the bike back into the house). We enjoyed the heated pool and grilled most of our meals in the backyard. That was by far the highlight of our stay here. The owner and management company were good at responding quickly, although their responses were rarely helpful in actually providing a solution.

We stayed a month at this house and enjoyed every minute of it. A central location in a quiet residential neighborhood only blocks from the park and a short bike ride to the beach was ideal. The pool was wonderful. The house was fully equipped for our stay and the owners were incredibly attentive to our questions and needs. We look forward to returning soon!

We had a great time at this property. We usually go stay in different areas every Christmas and this was one of my favorite locations. It is close to the beach and very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. The pool was a great way to end our days. We had a fantastic trip and plan to come again.

We went on a family vacation for our Moms birthday and this was the perfect house for our family! The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and everything was exactly as the listing! We were able to make family meals in the fully equipped as well as explore the different restaurants that we had close by. There was constant communication with the property owners and we knew we could reach out to them whenever we needed. We were all so happy and would definitely come back here in the future. The property beautiful - the hosts great and very willing to help - we had Internet issues. But they can improve with communication. Their repair man came in to the house without our knowledge. Other than that I would recommend 100%
