With its central Marathon location, fresh design, and fun amenities, Seas the Day is the perfect home base for your next Florida Keys getaway. Parking: Room for 2-3 vehicles (without a trailer). If bringing a boat, park the trailer on the left side of the house (avoiding the mailbox) and fit up to two cars in the driveway. Note: This property does not include dockage. Guests can store their boat on a trailer and launch it daily at nearby public ramps. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
