Stay at our spanning mountain view chalet, just 10 mins from Windham Mountain and 15 mins from Hunter Mountain, perfect for skiing, hiking, or a peaceful escape. Start your day with mountain views while sipping on a hot cup of fresh brewed coffee, unwind in the hot tub and sauna, enjoy playing a game of pool, and end the night by the fire-pit under the stars. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests for everyone to unwind.

Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced):

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

***Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.

***Guests found violating this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately and without refund.



Quiet Hours / Noise Ordinance:

•To preserve the peaceful experience of the mountains for both our guests and neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the Town of Windham’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please refrain from outdoor music and keep exterior doors closed to help maintain a serene setting. The home is also equipped with a noise decibel monitor in the living room (for sound-level awareness only; it does not record audio) to support a restful, no-party environment.



Pet Fee:

- Pets are welcome ! Please let us know in advance because there is an associated pet fee.

- $100 per pet, non-refundable charge that covers post-checkout cleaning to help prevent allergy-related issues for future guests.

- Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Starter Supplies:

- A starter set of household essentials is provided for your convenience, including dishwasher tablets and soap, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, body lotion and hand soap.

- All toiletries are Apotheke brand—plant-based, paraben-free, and thoughtfully selected for an elevated, aromatic, and upscale experience. Supplies are intended to get you started and are not replenished during your stay.
