"The only issue we had was the wifi network name we were given wasn't one of the names we had to choose from. We weren't able to use wifi. Other then that everything was perfect."

"Location was great, a short walk to downtown and the waterfront. The rental was not particularly clean and was probably rushed to market after a low effort flip. Faucets and bath fixtures are not properly installed, door handles are not mounted correctly, light fixtures are limited and its often the equivalent of a plain bulb in the ceiling. Glass top range has not been properly cleaned, and has a crusty brown coating on each burner. Trim was roughly painted, just one of many details...

"This was a beautiful spot to sit and soak in nature and the peaceful waters of Lake Bryan. Close to all things Traverse City, Sleeping Bear,and Suttons Bay Area.Would definitely visit again."

"Victorian duplex in a convenient location. Beautiful floors and original (steep) staircase. Needed some basic upkeep but that’s not that big of a deal. Cleanliness was just ok. The issue is when the listing reads two bathrooms with a shower in each, yet there is only one tiny shower, that was very disappointing. Sent a message and the response was that it’s listed correctly. And then asked if there was something that they could do… not sure how to respond to that. Nothing that can be done. And...

"The space was well appointed and needed items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were all there. Family Fare grocery store is across the street for any foods items I needed. There was only one small ice tray, so buying bagged ice is required. Additional trays would have been nice. There is no outdoor space for sitting outside. Parking is very limited. A sign in the unit would be worthwhile to indicate where parking is allowed. Overall I enjoyed my stay."

"The hot tub was a nice feature, even if it was older model. The fire pit looked like it would be nice, although we did not use it. It was a lovely property in a convenient location."

"This property was better than advertised. The little things like signs for the cabinets, additional games for the kids, beach chairs and great location made it even better. Matt, the host, was amazing. If we needed something or had a question, he was always available and quick to provide anything we needed. This should be a model of how a VRBO property should be!!!"
