"Location is great ! Communication with the managers were wonderful, very thorough with directions , I liked that they texted and called you on the phone . Very cute and clean for place , slept six with a pullout couch . Very close to the waterfalls . "

"Dear friends,Jim and I really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Cove. We rested, cooked fancy meals, read books and enjoyed the lake.I promised to let you know if there were items that needed attention. We noted the following:1. Lower corner cupboard of the SW corner of the kitchen needs a new hinge.2.The vacuum filter needs replacing or a good cleaning.3. Window mechanism in the SW corner of the living room needs repair. Some windows do not have handles.It would be nice to have at the cabin:1....

"The house was very clean and cozyCentrally located for excursions to pictured rocks and beaches. We visited the wildlife reserve didn’t see much wild life but it’s a beautiful location. We also took a canoe trip down the manistique river where I fell in the river. Very challenging river to navigate.The only thing missing is a washer and dryer.We had a great time and would visit again."

"This was exactly what my family and I needed to have a wonderful stay in the U.P. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed (washer/dryer were so nice to have also!!)We enjoyed fishing on the dock (caught quite a few fish) and my kids even completed a puzzle to kill some time in the evening. There weren’t really any neighbors during our time there, which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Only complaint the amount of mosquitoes outside the cottage. Otherwise, this was by far the nicest...

"The place was cute and cozy. It was very conveniently located too. Host did allow us an early check in which was helpful as we drove from lower MI and were estimating arrival and made better timing than we anticipated. Family loved the DQ across the street too. "

"The place was very cute and very welcoming. I loved how they had things labeled everywhere so you knew where things were or what to do the pictures on the website. Don’t do it justice. It’s much cuter in person. We really enjoyed it. We were only there two days, but if we were to ever come back up that way, we would definitely stay there again And I’m gonna be telling my kids about it so that when they go up to go snowmobiling, hopefully they can stay there."
