With Sofa bed + Uratex Cool and Comfy Extra foams are available to set up in the spacious living room. with bathroom/shower in the laundry/storage room

Welcome to our pet-friendly accommodation! We are happy to host you and your furry friends. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please adhere to the following pet policy:

Guests MUST disclose the type and breed of pet they plan to bring with them, as some breeds may not be allowed due to property rules and regulations.

1. **Types of Pets Allowed**:

We welcome small and medium-sized dogs with 10kg below weight. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, large dogs are not permitted by condo admin.

2. **Number of Pets**: A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per stay.

3. **Pet Fees**: An additional cleaning fee of P1,000 per pet will be charged to cover the extra cleaning required after your stay.

PET RULES
Pets must be kept on a leash or under control at all times while outside the rental unit. Pets must be wearing diapers/wraps inside the rental unit.
Pets are NOT allowed at the 6th Floor amenities area (pool, kids playground, gym) Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the rental unit.
Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick treatments.
If a pet causes excessive noise or disturbance to other guests or neighbors, the host reserves the right to ask the guest to remove the pet from the property.

Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest, and may result in additional charges to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.


HOUSE RULES
Please No Outside Shoes/Slippers inside the unit for hygiene purposes.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
Please respect the noise curfew
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please do your dishes.
Please take the trash out before you leave.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
No daily cleaning during your stay. We only clean and sanitised the unit before and after you checked out. If you require cleaning, we can arrange with a fee.


BEFORE YOU GO:
Make sure you turn off all appliances
Inform the host that you are checking out
Don't forget to lock the door and leave the keys inside the unit or keybox.
