The following rules and guidelines shall apply for the use of pool:

Corresponding fee of Php150.00/guest (VAT Inclusive) shall be charged on regular days and Php300/guest (VAT inclusive) shall be charged during holidays, as prescribed by the Property Management Office
and approved by the Board of Trustees.

Maximum allowable guest/s allowed to use the swimming pool/s per unit is 2. If you need to have access for the 3rd person please contact us first.

The swimming pool operating hours is from 6:00AM to 6:00PM only.

One day a week the pool is being cleaned and therefore closed for public use.
