A fully furnished and elegantly detailed 28 sqm condominium unit with a balcony overviewing the swimming pool, with hotel-like lobbies and resort-style amenities. Located at Shore Residences in the Mall of Asia Complex. Near the Mall of Asia, the SMX Convention, and the newly built IKEA. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We observe strict thorough cleanliness, disinfection, and sanitation for our guest's safety.
The space
Our elegantly designed room can ideally accommodate 2 guests up to a maximum of 4, children and infants included.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with 4 soft pillows and a duvet. Underneath is a single pull-out bed for extra space and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. Windows have sheer curtains and black-out curtains for when you want to stay in bed late.

The living room has a 3 seater couch, carpet, and center tables where you can binge-watch on Netflix or select cable channels on our 45" smart TV. If our 2hp air conditioning system is too strong for you we have a retractable ceiling fan and a 2-seater bar table on the side for office or dining purposes.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2-door refrigerator, a microwave, an electric water kettle, a rice cooker, and a 2-burner electric stove. Cooking and dining utensils are also within reach in the drawers.

In the washroom, we have a hot and cold water regulator, a bidet, and a 7kg washing machine.

All guests get free access to 65mbps Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided as well.
Guest access
Guests have access to lobbies and all other amenities of the property such as swimming pools*, boardwalks, luxe lounge areas, outdoor gym circuits, lush gardens, and elevated linear parks.

The pool area is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM only.
- PHP 150.00 per head on regular days
- PHP 300.00 per head during holidays

Please let us know in advance so we can make proper arrangements and buy vouchers for you. Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by the guest. One swimming pool voucher per day.

There are 3 options for parking If you are bringing a car during your stay.

1. Private parking with a daily fixed price. Limited slots are available, please reserve in advance.

2. Shore1/Shore2 Ground-level commercial parking lots.
PHP 50.00 - First 4 Hours
PHP 50.00 - Every Hour after or a fraction thereof
PHP 300.00 - Overnight Fee (1:30 AM to 6:00 AM + hourly rate fee)
Please advise the parking attendant if you intend to park overnight.
PHP 200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card
*Always demand your receipt.

3. Petron Parking lot
Php 50 for the 1st 4 hours + Php10 for succeeding hours
Php 100 overnight fee + hourly rate.
