Very nice hotel in central Makati
Very nice and comfortable hotel central in Makati. High level of service, very big and nice breakfast buffet. The largest dinner buffet I have ever seen. Can absolutely give this hotel my recommendation.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was very friendly and super helpful. It’s also located in a prime location, which I really found helpful for a first time traveler to the Philippines/Manila. I would definitely stay again in the future.

It's too old and no renovation for long time Especially elevators are too old and many things in the room, too ...I ordered ice and they brought ice with bowl but no cover and covered by plastic film...it's too bad... it's the best hotel in Asia..I had paid huge money to buy their reputation..it's terrible Also drinks at mini bar is also not enough....

Requested for a l(complimentary) ate checkout through 3:00PM, hotel would not grant (and would not give a reason for the denial. BUT.... offered to grant a 4:00PM late checkout (with the half-day charge). Neither the EDSA and the BGC locations denied similar requests. It is a shame! ~ loyal Shangri-La client
