Service var super i receptionen og på etagerne. Dog fungerer det ikke med bar og restauranpå toppen. Alt for unge og uerfarne "tjenere" og ingen styring overhovedet. Der er dog et 5 stjernet hotel så havde forventet noget bedre service omkring poolbaren

Excellent hotel in Manila
Good location, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a nice rooftop pool and restaurant. Only downside was the somewhat slow elevators. Recommended.

Our hotel had been running full and had been hosting multiple events almost on a daily basis, which explains the elevator traffic in the hotel. Likewise, we have already assigned an elevator operator to manage the foot traffic and to make the elevator more efficient. Nevertheless, we have done significant enhancements in our elevator service that many guests have seen the positive changes over time, given the elevator constraint. One of the best thing about Filipinos are their hospitality, but the staff at City Garden are not. They act and tried to be professional about their job but lacking of hospitality. My first room had two problems, one, the air conditioner was not working properly and the television cable. We had to switch room. The second room the fridge was not working so they sent someone to fix it, which it did for a few hours. The next morning the fridge stop working so we have to throw away the food. The shower curtains was so short close to the above bathtub, so whenever you use it, theres a big chance of the floor getting wet. So we have to wipe it all the time and use the remaining face towel. But the most disappointing was that I never get any phone call from any staff to apologize for any inconvenience. Even when I checked out, all I heard was everything was paid and you’re good to go. No thank you for staying or apologize for the minor inconvenience. I will not stay here again.

My favorite hotel whenever I’m in Makati. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and linens. The breakfast will satisfy a variety of cravings and the rooftop pool and bar is a great place to relax, catch some sun and watch the beautiful sunset. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and they never disappoint.
