Our hotel had been running full and had been hosting multiple events almost on a daily basis, which explains the elevator traffic in the hotel. Likewise, we have already assigned an elevator operator to manage the foot traffic and to make the elevator more efficient. Nevertheless, we have done significant enhancements in our elevator service that many guests have seen the positive changes over time, given the elevator constraint.
