"We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent "

"Although the room was less expensive than others in the area, the hotel was surprisingly awful. There was no remote for the TV, no air conditioning and the Continental Breakfast was remarkably scant. I was told the AC could not be used since the heat was activated for use. My room was 76°! It was very difficult to sleep and no apologies were provided. Also, the website was blamed for the false advertising of a working pool and a single king-sized bed."

We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."

"I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. The first shower chair was missing a rubber tip on one of the legs and another one was cracked. I did get a replacement the next day. The automatic...

"Overpriced"

"- No alarm clocks. I had to spend the first night going over to the microwave to check the time numerous times and then arrange for a wake up call. Then I had to go buy an alarm clock the next day. Never seen a hotel room without one before. Bizarre. - Asked if I needed to request housekeeping, but they said no, they had a list. Then I got back the first day and they HADN'T come. I made sure to request it the following days and they came. - Breakfast is mediocre at best. Maybe I missed some...
