"Jack was super nice and flexible with check in and out times. There was wifi, a kitchen, the bed was comfy and clean, and the area is pretty quiet aside from the occasional rooster crow lol. It's about 20 minutes from Andersen AFB and Tumon bay so not too bad a drive if you dont want to stay in the over priced touristy area. Close to Pagat Cave hike and Ding tea (great boba place). Can't beat this place for the price. Very reasonable."

"Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there! "The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay."
