"Nice place and convenient location. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful - others seem like you’re annoying them with for example checking out. The restaurants are good and rooms are nice. Cleaning staff was amazing!"

"Det var styr på det hele."

"Good location however in need of a make-over and visit from UK head division to ensure standard and cleanliness lives up to the expected standard and match the price."

Five main reasons: - Lots of noise from the staff, including ringing bells and shouting - even in the early morning - Internet has really low quality - Staff is generally unfriendly and generally distrustful towards customers - Open passage to next room toilet brings all kinds of ugly toilet sounds directly to the room - Air condition is almost not bringing any cold air even though it's really noisy."
