"Superb value for money. All new but still very charming hotel. Nice spacious rooms with good views and very helpful and friendly English speaking staff"

"Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. "Stay away from this place. By no means the photos depicted on the booking websites are from this place. Also, DON'T PAY in advance. When I arrived at the property, they told me that the are no longer on the booking websites and that I had to pay again and file a claim with Expedia. Trashy property. "

"We stayed at The Hotel Nova for 3 nights and very much enjoyed it. The staff is really nice and eager to help with everything and the restaurant on the 10th floor serves good and very reasonably priced food (mix of local and western). Grab a taxi - it is not expensive to reach the good restaurants - we can highly recommend the Mingalarbar...

"I felt the staff were very helpful friendly. Always ready to help. "

"Hôtel.com qui ne paye pas en temps et en heure l’hôtel. hôtel sale , ensemble de l’hôtel est un espace fumeur même la chambre , isolation catastrophique "

" The staffs check us in was very helpful and she speaks very good English, and one of the male staff can speak Chinese. The breakfast is good and is included in the room price. There are shops near by. And go to places is also very convenient by taxi and the staffs will let you know the cost to your destinations. "

"Hotelli oli suljettuna!"

"Sehr schönes Hotel, nahe einer interessanter Sehenswürdigkeiten und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir durften sogar die Fahrräder umsonst benutzen. "
