"The house is a nice older home with different areas that allow multiple people or groups to sleep comfortably apart from one another with enough privacy. There was an extra portable twin bed and pullout couch which made it nice for lots of girls for a sleepover. The house is a bit dated, but it was high end in the 90s for sure. "Great place in a beautiful spot that’s far enough from town to feel like you are in the mountains but close enough where it’s only a 10 minute drive. Loved the nespresso machine in the mornings and sitting on the porch. Climbed the mountain behind the house and hung out in the hot tub at night. Beds were super comfy, would stay here again! "

"Awesome views from multiple angles at the property. Hot tub is well-maintained and relaxing. It is a short drive from restaurants, shopping, the Durango Community Center and trails to walk or hike. We enjoyed it very much."
