"Just a few items, miscommunication about the lock box. The 4 digit code was never given in the check in instructions. Since the property required a FOB access before you can gain entry and use the SMART lock for entry to the rental, our check-in was delayed until we contacted the manager several times to retrieve the code. "Thank you Ross for hosting our trip to Durango. This was easy access here and to other sights. It was filled with the essentials and very quiet. There was plenty of room.I will definitely come here again next trip to Durango!"

"I did not have app set up on my trip. Luck maintenance person was there help me check in. He call her and got me in condo. I will have app set up next time. Room and everything was great. Had great time . Owner call to make everything was going fine. Location workout great for my trip along with parking . I hope to use her again on my next trip. Thanks for everything."

"I'm still not clear whether this was a Vacasa or VRBO reservation. I checked in at 4:00 and was instructed to use a code to enter the building; no code was provided, which was not a problem since the door to the building was unlocked. However, when I returned later that evening, the building was inaccessible. I contacted Vacasa who sent the check-in instructions and they informed me that they no longer were managing the property???? So they could not help me. We had to wait outside for 30...
