Perfekt service! Lækre værelser og pænt hotel. Dog var receptionen under renovering, og der var en del byggearbejde i området. Det var dog ikke noget der medførte støj på hotellet.

God oplevelse
Et dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed, god mad og fin service. Som det eneste kedelige kan nævnes, at det tager for lang tid til morgenmaden. Dette var vores femte ophold på hotellet.

Front of house manager was rude and refused to give vip upgrade and then tried to sell me one. Didn’t offer any other perks and just generally rude. Honestly it’s left a sour taste in my mouth about this hotel

Dear Luke,I am sorry to hear your feedback. I have looked into the matter and can advise that when you arrived (1pm), we did not have any of our Executive rooms available due to a large group who had pre arranged a late check out. The only other available rooms at the time were suites, which would not ordinarily be given as complimentary upgrade. Hence, Front of house manager offered at a fee.However, it does appear that the matter could have been handled better, and I have discussed this with them.Again, I am sorry if this somewhat marred your experience, and hope you will consider returning to the hotel in future.Best regards,Alistair

Lovely, kind and warm staff all down to earth, a few of the young men are a bit cocky but apart from that this is probably one of / if not the best place to stay in Manchester. My only feedback is that the cheaper rooms are very tired and basic, it’s worth the money for upgrades.

the property and especially the rooms were fab!! however the surrounding area was not great! the fact there was no pool and a small bar surprised me it was a 5star but a lovely breakfast and beds were amazing. would stay again

Great Hotel - Poor Breakfast
The hotel was perfectly situated for us - the greeting was very nice, we arrived early and managed to get into our rooms earlier than expected. Rooms very modern. The Breakfast was a disappointment, we opted for the buffet after being told it would take 40 mins to cook anything from the menu, the buffet was empty and the food that arrived wasn't warm. i raised this when we checked out this was acknowledged by the receptionist, i was told it was very busy. i will stay at this hotel again but wouldn't have the breakfast, within five minutes walk loads of eateries.

I have stayed at the Lowry regularly for the past 20 years . However during the recent room refurbishments the Baths have now been taken out of the rooms and replaced with rainwater showers only . This is unfortunately a big disappointment to me as I used to love soaking in a Hot sunken bath .

Lovely hotel but don’t bother with the breakfast
Lovely hotel and nice big room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very mediocre for the standard of hotel. Ingredients seem a little cheap and no where near the best considering they charge £25. Just not up to the standard expected for such a luxurious hotel

Wouldn’t stay again
Not worth the cost of the room, we tried twice to have a drink in the bar, first time they just ignored us and wouldn't take an order. The second time, they were to busy and just shrugged with “it’s not my fault” when I asked if there was anywhere I could get a drink and not the best when I’m staying in the hotel.

My wife and I decided to treat ourselves with a stay at The Lowry. The price we paid was only about £70 more than more mundane city centre hotels. On arrival, we were really pleased when Reception said they were upgrading us from a Deluxe double room to an Executive room on the 5th floor with river view. The room was really spacious and all the facilities were top notch. Special mention to the concierge who helped with our bags. He was always pleasant and spoke to us on the several times we saw him during our stay.

This is my absolute go to accommodation in Manchester - always a great experience where from the moment you arrive you are looked after as a valued customer alongside the luxury of the facilities to enable a comfortable enjoyable stay. It’s in the heart of Deansgate but very quiet too so easily accessible for the shops and nightlife

excellent location and staff were so helpful - I don't think that parking should be chargeable if you are staying at the hotel and they really need to get their tv signal sorted out as most of the programmes just pixilated!
