Sea Dream - Amazing Ocean Views and Sunsets!

If you are looking for the perfect coastal getaway, look no further than this bright and modern house with panoramic ocean views! The house is located in Irish Beach, Manchester resting on the hillside and offering unbelievable sunsets, stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and famous Point Arena Light House. It is a three-bedroom, two-bath 2,116 Sq Ft two level home for couples or families to enjoy. It’s located 24 miles north of Gualala and 26 miles south of Mendocino.
 
Curl up on the comfy Scandinavian Design sofa with a book or a board game. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on the horizon for whale spouts. Snuggle with your loved ones as you enjoy your favorite show on large 65 inch TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Disney Plus.
Enjoy your favorite beverage or BBQ on the deck overlooking the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home cooking. If you prefer to dine out, we have some great recommendations for restaurants.
Featuring high speed free Wi-Fi, 4K TV, wall-to-wall panoramic windows, high ceilings, hardwood floors and new furniture throughout. Within minutes you can access a private beach and miles of hiking. A gorgeous and peaceful Pomo Lake is located within walking distance from the house.
Every room in the house has amazing ocean views.  The majestic master bedroom with cal king size bed is located on the main floor.  It has a private bathroom with a tub.  The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedrooms has a full size bed; both are located on the lower level and share a full bath. Please note, there are about 15 stairs leading to the house (there is no access through the garage). There is plenty of outside parking.

Well-behaved and potty trained dogs are welcome – maximum 2 dogs and prior approval is required (the fee is $50 per dog).  Dogs rules will be provided prior to arrival.
 
For guests coming in from the Bay Area, we recommend taking Hwy 128 through Philo ( Anderson Valley Wineries), through the Navarro River Redwoods State Park and then south on Hwy 1 at the Navarro River fork. (Do not follow GPS recommendation of turning on Mountain View Rd.). Take Hwy 1 South to Manchester.
For more scenic option, take Hwy 1 south from Petaluma.

House Rules:
• Infants and children must be supervised on the deck for safety.
• Only well-behaved and potty-trained dogs (2 max) are allowed and prior approval is required. Dog(s) are not allowed to be left at home unsupervised.
• No parties/No smoking.
• After the BBQ grill is used, double check that the propane tank is tightly closed. Don't move the BBQ.
• Please do not re-arrange the furniture in the house.
• A lost or mistakenly taken beach key card will result in a $100 replacement fee.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS NO CHECK-IN or CHECKING OUT ON Thanksgiving 11/23/23, Christmas Eve 12/24 or Christmas Day 12/25 (you can stay during these days just no check-in/check out).

All rates are subject to 10% Mendocino County Bed Tax and 1% Mendocino County Tourism Tax.
There is one camera located outside the garage overlooking the driveway.
