The Space:
A spacious 3 bedroom home on a quiet residential street, just a 10 minute walk from Oxford Road and 15 minutes to the city centre.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so the house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for longer stays, including a washing machine. Fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee are all provided.
One free secure parking space is included with your stay.
Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Oxford Road train station is around a 13 minute walk, with regular services to Manchester Piccadilly, the airport and stations across the North West.
Bus stops right on Oxford Road are just a few minutes' walk, with frequent services into the city centre, Rusholme's Curry Mile and beyond.
The nearest Metrolink tram stops are at St Werburgh's Road or Piccadilly, both within a 20 minute walk, connecting you to Old Trafford, the Etihad Campus, MediaCityUK, Co-Op Live and Manchester Airport.
