"The main reason for booking this place was the animals and the option to reserve a trail ride or private yoga class. I message the host, Patty several days before our arrival to schedule in advance. Patty never got back to me with a day & time for the trail ride and yoga class. In fact, I messaged her 2x and even though she responded to my messages before our arrival and during our stay she claimed not to have seen my message. On the second day of us being there, she responded with “sorry didn’t...

"My family really appreciated our one-night stay at this beach house. It was very clean, and they had beach supplies (towels and folding chairs). The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5. July is hot but the air conditioners kept the rooms comfortable. Each of the bathrooms has its own shower. We could hear movement above us occasionally but the house and...

"This VRBO was clean, we appreciated that it came with onsite parking, and the property managers quickly responded to our questions and concerns. The property itself could use some small repairs, though nothing major. Despite having a full kitchen, the kitchen was not fully stocked for use. For instance, there was only one fork, 4 spoons, no coffee mugs, no measuring spoons/cups, no pot holders, no dish towels, etc. when we contacted the host letting them know these things were missing, they did...

"Love the property. The balcony facing the ocean needs ot be expanded but otherwise, it is perfect."
