"Very nice home. Quiet location. Convenient "

"Everything you need to be comfortable was available and the blue island colors were right out of Mamma Mia. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were cool and comfortable. TVs in each room were a great way for teenagers to separate and unwind after a busy beach day. The pool and ping ping table were a delight! All the beach chairs, toys and umbrellas especially were awesome additions and made a long beach day possible. All that was missing were a cooler and boogie boards so bring those...

"Everything was exactly as stated. The area was comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool. It is a very nice house. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was our second time in this home and everything was as perfect as the first time. Beds are comfortable, towels are plentiful, kitchen is well outfitted as are beach chairs and pool floats, WiFi worked, and the location is beyond perfect. So much privacy and such a peaceful and beautiful part of Florida. Enjoyed renting Jetskis down the street at Island Jet Ski and also did a half day boat charter with Kokomo Charters. But nothing compares to the pool in the backyard and the beach just...

"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. "

"The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....
