"This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. "This in a lovely Manarola apartment with a stunning view of the Ligurian Sea. The pictures of the sea from the balcony really don't do it justice. Morning and evenings were the best since it was just a bit too hot during the day. In my opinion, Manarola is the best of the five villages to stay in. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including good air conditioning which was needed. The location felt safe and access to the restaurants, shopping and hiking...

"I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem! "

"There were 125 rather rough steps from the street to the front door of the apartment. It makes it difficult to bring up one carry on bag and a backpack if you are in the 65 age range. The steps are not well lighted in the evening. "
