"The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!"

"Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area.
