Can Corem is a stunning luxury villa located in the countryside near the town of Manacor. The Rafa Nadal Academy and Sports Centre is also located in the town and offers the best sports facilities and his famous museum. Due to its location, Manacor and Can Corem are minutes away from other coastal towns and beautiful beaches such as Porto Cristo (10 km away), S'Illot (13 km away), Sa Coma (16 km away) and many more. In the harbour of Porto Cristo, you will enjoy boat rentals, diving, boat trips and the best terraces and restaurants in the region. The nearest town, Manacor, is a 5-minute drive away and offers several supermarkets, traditional markets, restaurants and shops.

The residence has six large rooms consisting of a presidential suite, three queen suites and 2 junior suites. All rooms are equipped with exclusive heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of which are full en-suite bathrooms, one full bathroom shared with two large bedrooms, one full bathroom serving the pool area and two half bathrooms serving the main kitchen and dining areas on the lower level. In addition to the bathrooms, there are several living areas, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas and a large dining terrace to enjoy the sunset. Both kitchens are fully equipped with all the features, cutlery, crockery and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and comfort, and can accommodate groups of twelve or more guests. The first floor kitchen has access to the main dining room and terrace dining room. The lower level kitchen serves the large banquet style dining room and pool dining room. Located on the first floor, you will find a business room equipped with a computer and printer should you need to attend to any business matters. Two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, share a full bathroom on this floor. Completing the main floor is a large laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a spacious 2-car garage.The first floor contains the presidential suite with a king-size bed, master bath with tub and shower, as well as walk-in closets and sitting area. Two other suites are located on this floor with separate sitting and sleeping areas with queen size beds and their own private full bathrooms. The other bedroom with sitting area is located on the lower floor with direct access to the pool area.

It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous Pere Seda vineyards. Outside the residence, the jewel of the property is the swimming pool measuring 11,00 by 5,50 metres with a shallow area for the relaxation and enjoyment of the youngest ones. The pool is surrounded by natural grass and stone floors with modern lighting which is also present throughout the property. You will have garden furniture at your disposal to enjoy the sun and the pool as well as the convenience of a gas grill. The rest of this large property is filled with palm trees, olive trees and different types of fruit trees to make your stay a unique experience.Can Corem is located in the countryside surrounded by agricultural properties that give it a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

On arrival, the owner, who speaks fluent English, French, German and Spanish, will welcome you with a variety of local produce, fruit and refreshments for your stay. You will appreciate the quality of construction and the first-class materials of the residence without skimping on details. The furnishings and equipment of the house are of the highest quality and functionality. The rooms are spacious with large, top quality mattresses. In the residence, you will also find two spacious living rooms with a large games table and television area with a wood-burning fireplace for relaxing. Large flat screen televisions throughout the house and the bedrooms will give you access to satellite programming in several languages, as well as WIFI mesh throughout the house for all your smart devices. This property is equipped with 34 solar panels, which in addition to generating the total energy necessary for the supply and comfort of our guests, represent a high percentage of savings in terms of CO2 emissions.

All the surroundings of the villa are made up of farmland and woodland, constituting the natural landscape of the island of Mallorca. Between 10 and 35 Kms there are numerous renowned fine sandy beaches such as Porto Cristo, Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada,. Porto Colom and Cala D'or. Between 7 and 35 Kms you will find numerous golf courses. Renowned restaurants, bars and shops can be found nearby, only 30 minutes away by car. The town of Manacor has a renowned hospital and numerous health care centres.
