"The property was exactly what we needed for our quick visit to Jolly Harbour. We were only there for a few days for a potential sailboat purchase. The property manager was prompt, friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to secure a golf cart which allowed us easy trips to the grocery, the broker, restaurants and beach. "This was our 5th trip to beautiful Jolly Harbor and definitely the best place we’ve rented so far. The owners answered all of our questions in a timely manner and they have a wonderful manager Jenny who greeted us and was available for anything that we needed during our visit. Everything has been updated and was very comfortable. It’s super close to the beach, everything is walkable but I would suggest renting a golf cart, it makes it that much better. "We enjoyed our stay in these roomy apartments. We were 4 adults and so there was ample space and comfort. We needed to be close to the harbour and our sailboat, so these apartments were within easy walking distance to our boat and to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and shuttled us back to our boat with our luggage when we left. Would recommend these accommodations."

At first we were taken aback by the location which seemed "way out somewhere" and then no air conditioning but soon fell in love with the home and grounds and the beautiful island breezes that flow throughout the home. "We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. Once on the ground,Clare and Nath were amazing local contacts who went above the call of duty to ensure a memorable stay....

"The Villa was great, views of the bay and ocean amazing. Always a strong o ran breeze to keep the temperature down while outside on the numerous decks. Snorkeling in the bay outside the Villa was terrific and we spent hours everyday in the water. The only thing missing in the house is a microwave (popcorn lovers that we are). The recommended chef to cook meals in the Villa was disappointing. Expensive and not that creative. Better meals at the local restaurants such as Mama Pasta for pizza...

"The property is very tired and there were no pantry items not even salt and pepper. There was no phone for local calls, the tumble drier was broken and according to the cleaner had been waiting repair for a long time. Towels were clean but most were heavily stained and we had to ask for toilet rolls which were not replenished. "The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone."
