"A very nice hotel indeed. The only issue (and this was a real draw back) was the rigid person (I did not get his name) at the reception did not acknowledge that my stay included a free drink. The free drink was a part of the Hotels.com package. Instead of accepting what I Said, he decided to argue and resist. I then left the reception on a bad note. Other than that, the stay was great."

Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing.
