This rustic Mallorcan villa is located in a rural area very close to the pretty town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes\' drive from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and with beautiful views, Villa Solivellas offers peace and tranquility in an area with charm and character.

The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, gives us access to a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV, from this area we access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A fully equipped separate kitchen and a shower room complete this area of the house. From the kitchen, a glazed door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a fridge.

Two interior staircases lead to the bedroom area, which consists of three double bedrooms and a double, one of the doubles has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with a bathtub. It is worth noting that on the lower floor and near the living room there is another shower room.

The pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with lawn and a small solarium area with sun loungers.
