If you are looking for a quiet vacation away from crowds of people, but also close to the beach and services, this house may be a good option for you. The land has 135634m2 of protected area that gives a lot of tranquility and privacy for 4 people. Offered is a part of the old house that has been renovated with modern style and comfort. The house has 100m2 that are distributed in a fully equipped kitchen to prepare wonderful food and enjoy it outdoors on the terraces equipped with tables and 4 hammocks. A welcome pack is offered with a bottle of wine and ensaimada, which is a typical Mallorcan dessert. The kitchen is open to the living-dining room with satellite television and Wi-Fi internet. From the hallway you reach the first floor with two double bedrooms with their bathrooms and terraces with views of nature. The farm has fruit trees available to enjoy freshly picked fruit. There are also chickens and the possibility of collecting fresh eggs. For small children it will be a great experience and fun to play and give food to the goats, peacocks, donkeys. There is a bicycle at your disposal on the premises. The closest town is Can Picafort, with its sandy beaches and turquoise water. The protected area of Son Real, ideal for nature excursions along the coast. Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car. Free firewood is available for the barbecue. Pets are allowed on request. Celebrations are allowed upon request.

NOTES:

- The owner presents the guests with an ensaimada (the most typical sweet of Mallorca), a bottle of wine and a variety of drinks (juice, milk, beer).

- A responsible use of household linen must be made. In case of loss or leaving a piece in bad condition, the amount of 20 Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each piece affected.

- At your departure you will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In case you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 Eur.

- At your departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit (from 6 places a bonus of 15 euros per place will be withheld up to the total capacity accommodated). The properties that have a recycling system, it is mandatory to recycle the garbage.

- Any breakage that occurs by customers (glass, electronics, etc ...) will be charged to the same, retaining the amount of the deposit and in case of not being sufficient the amount of the deposit will be claimed the amount necessary to cover the breakage caused.
