Beautiful villa located in the residential area of Cala San Vicenç, in the north of Mallorca. The property is located just a few minutes walk from the two spectacular and crystalline coves in the area
The Villa is on one floor and upon entering we find a spacious living room fully decorated with light colors, from the living room there is direct access to the terrace from which we directly access the pool area. From the living room a door leads us to the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything necessary for a vacation stay. The sleeping area is on the right wing of the house and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All of them equipped with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.They share two completely renovated bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
