Bell Punt

Our property "Bell Punt" is located in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia. The exterior of this wonderful house is very beautiful. Several terraces are furnished and specially decorated to allow you to enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing delicious barbecues, sunbathing or reading while feeling the sea breeze. And the best part is that in front of them they have a large garden area that leads directly to the sea. Here you can even go for a swim next to the boats if you feel like it, although the rocky beach is only 250 meters or a couple of minutes\' walk away.

The house has two floors. On the main floor you will find a large living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV, DVD and sea views. Next, the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas hobs. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs in the house, one on each floor. Then, the four bedrooms are upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds. A cot, a highchair and 3 fans are available.

Aucanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal development, as the people who visit it are usually locals. You can find a small park for the youngest members of the family just a few meters from the house, a small supermarket, a restaurant and a golf course. Its beach is wonderful if you are looking for calm and easy access to the sea. On the islet in front of the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse.
