Junior Suite von einer Person männlich gebucht.Suite war groß aber war leider dreckig, der Boden, habe selber feucht mit einem Handtuch durchgewischt ! Couch Kissen und die Fenster Vorhänge dreckig , haben unübersehbare Flecken! Zimmer Safe täglich 3,50€ und Pool Handtücher 1€ Wechsel Gebühr ! Habe aber all inklusive gebucht! Fahrstuhl rumpelt beim Hoch und runterfahren! Fahrstuhl Innenbereichen leider auch ungepflegt! Treppenkanten Stufen im Innenbereichen an mehreren Stellen kaputt, Stolper gefahren! 2 Kaffeeautomaten im Speisesaal die von außen leider auch dreckig sind, Staub auf den Automatendeckeln! Die Speisen , zum Teil lauwarm, haben mir mittelmäßig geschmeckt, die Säfte und der Wein ebenfalls mittelmäßig, eher schlecht! Es ist alles eine persönliche Geschmacksache! Fazit der Preis für meinen Aufenthalt war nicht billig, 5 Tage 950€, lieber 500€ mehr und alles Tipp Top! Das Hotel sieht mich nicht wieder👎

Very clean and comfortable bedroom - slept very well. Good breakfast- did not have any other meals as we have family who have a holiday home nearby and we ate with them. Great pool - nice cliff walks around the hotel. Very friendly and efficient staff. Good value for money.

Freezing pools. No beach access. You have to put a deposit to use beach towels which you have to pay if you want them changed. You have to pay for the safe that's in your room which makes no sense. To book for the spa, you have to go down to the reception to book & pay for your appointment. A lot of it doesn't make sense. The food was horrible but they had gluten free things so it made up a little bit.

The staff and shows were good. The property does not have beach access. The dinning experience was a disappointment and did not have enough food for the “later dinner”. Hot water only lasts a few minutes and then turns cold. The pool was ice cold and if you wanted a new towel it was 1 euro a day with a $10 deposit. Safe was in the room and the hotel charged 3.90 a day. We purchased the “all inclusive” package. These are not included.

Bei einer Halbpension durfte man am Abend nur Wasser trinken. Es wurde darüber informiert als man bereits dort war nicht vorher. Zimmer war staubig und gereinigt wurde nicht richtig. Handtücher wurden 2.Tage lang nicht gewechselt. Ich würde die Unterkunft kein 2.mal buchen.

Vi var på Sol Calas de Mallorca 3-11 augusti 2016. Hotellet är bra för barnfamiljer. Vi kunde inte hitta några parasoller. Krig om solsängar då man reserverade dessa redan kl. 5 på morgonen. Väldigt trångt vid poolen. Mycket barn i poolen samtidigt som skrek hela tiden. Wi-Fi fungerade dåligt vid poolen. I övrigt bra med mat och dryck samt vänlig personal.

Hôtel all inclusive 4 étoiles
Hôtel refait à neuf. Notre chambre venait tout juste d'être repeinte et cela sentait la peinture. Le all inclusive est super bien que la nourriture soit simple. Une amélioration pourrait être apporté au niveau des desserts.la piscine intérieure est bien chauffée , les transats en nombre suffisant. Aucun bruit dans les chambres !
