Our Villa 357 is a beautiful Majorcan countryside house that enjoys a superb setting in the 'La Font' area in Pollensa, only a 20-minute walk to the old town with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, while the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa are just about a 5-minute drive. Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys lovely views of the surrounding area and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollensa. The house itself is tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tile flooring. From the covered furnished terrace the main entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV and DVD. The dining area has seating for 12 people and the fully fitted kitchen includes modern conveniences including a dishwasher. Also on the ground floor and from this lounge area, a corridor leads to two twin bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Stairs lead up to the first floor to a gallery landing area with seating and a television with satellite connection too. From this level, there is access to the master double bedroom, with air conditioning and with a private terrace with direct access to the pool. The other bedrooms also have shower en suite facilities and air conditioning. A spiral staircase leads to the studio which has splendid views of the mountains and the distant bay. The studio has a fan rather than air conditioning, and it shares a shower room located on the first floor. Outside in the spacious enclosed garden, there is a large swimming pool and also a separate children's pool. The extensive lawns are perfect for large families, and for those that like games there is a table tennis table. If you prefer more sedentary activities and relaxation, there are comfortable cane chairs and sun loungers by the pool. On one of the covered terraces, there is a built-in barbecue next to the original bread oven, and a large outdoor dining table with bench seating for large groups. Also, there is an outside utility room with a washing machine.
