"Awesome"

"A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted...

"Feliz is a very nice hotel and is located in the perfect spot in Boracay. The staff are amazing and very service minded. Unfortunately the beds are short and the hotel rooms are not sound proof at all, combined with the central location there is a LOT of noise in the hotel rooms, until very late. "Can really recommend this hotel. It is a very beautilful resort, really great pool, private beach and outstanding garden. But the best is the quite amazing service from all the really friendly and kind staff. Not many places in the world have we seen such a serviceminded and dedicated staff who worked hard to give us the very best holiday. And on the top of this, the Chef create fantastic dishes even under the challenge of Covid-19."

"The staff is excellent , specially Jocelyn. She anticipated all of our needs. Incredibly helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, clean, and excellent proximity to the beach. There’s tons of common area and swimming pools that makes things feel not crowded at all. Fantastic bath and body products, great amenities. The only flag is that there were two days in our stay where we had limited access to some of the facility, especially the infinity pool. "

"We did stay 10 days in this Hotel and have to say everything was amazing from room to staff to restaurant and the placement right on the beach this is not a 5 star Hotel it is a 10 star Hotel, ww will for sure stay at this Hotel again next time we are in Boracay."

"Service level is not up to Sheraton/Mariott standards. Obviously understaffed, guest services and housekeeping on survival mode. Managements should fix this fast. Will not book again and will not recommend."
