Fremragende hotel med god beliggenhed
Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed, tæt på den gamle bydel og havnepromenaden. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale, store flotte værelser med fin altan og ikke mindst, en fremragende morgensmadsbuffet. Fra tagterrassen, hvor der serveres lækre drinks, er der en fin udsigt ud over byen.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Malaga
Excellent hotel in the centre of old town Malaga, lovely spacious rooms, beautiful and tasteful decor, excellent service and a roof top terrace, pool area, bar and restaurant with stunning views of Malaga. Within walking distance of all the sights, the beach, the old town with loads of restaurants and bars and just a 10 minute walk from the train station with easy connections to the airport and the coastal towns to the south of Malaga. Highly recommended - we would definitely choose Croma if we return to Malaga!

Great location, great service, great room and roof top terrace. Only minus was the service by the night portier - the hotel had booked a taxi for us, two showed up and there was a quarrel and we ended being ordered in an out of taxi 3 times. Not what you are looking for at 4 am.

Charmeløst og ringe service
Rigtig nok et nyt og helt rent hotel, men det er omtrent også det pæneste jeg kan sige om dette hotel. Der er ingen charme, varme eller atmosfære og selvom personalet var høfligt, var der ingen imødekommenhed. Jeg havde med mine silverfordele ret til en flaske vin og 2 drinks ifm. vores overnatning, men ingen af delene var at finde på værelset og jeg skulle ende med, at tale med receptionen 3 gange før det lykkedes at få disse. Voucheren til drink kunne kun bruges i lobbyen (ville have været noget hyggeligere på rooftop baren) og endte med at skulle sluges i en fart fordi det tog bartenderen 20 minutter at mikse den. På taget findes, hvad der er beskrevet som, en pool, men da den kun er 70 cm dyb, er det vel nok nærmere et soppebassin og de 10 liggestole til hotellets 138 værelser, kan nok regnes ud ikke helt at dække behovet. Således sad jeg på poolkanten, da tjeneren spurgte hvad jeg ville drikke, hvorefter han serverede min drink, men som jeg ikke måtte drikke hvor jeg sad. Sidste men ikke mindst er dette store fine hotel bygget lige over en busholdeplads, hvor der konstant holder minimum en bus i tomgang og ofte flere, det er ikke rart og i hvert fald med til at gøre at dette ophold bliver bedømt så hårdt, men ærlig talt var det ikke i nærheden af at være pengene værd.

One of the best city hotels stay ever
Fantastic hotel. Excellent service always with a smile. Clean, no noise and just a few min. walking to the old city center. Don't miss the breakfast and the roof top bar - both amazing. This hotels deserve rating +10.

Great location. Very close to the city centre and all that it has to offer. Easily within walking distance of the train station with great links to the rest of the the Costa del Sol and beyond. Staff are friendly and efficient, nothing seems to much trouble for them. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. You won't have a problem getting a good night's sleep here.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Very large and comfortable bed, very helpful staff from check-in to check-out, rooftop bar is a nice spot and offers good views and a nice area to soak up some sun. The views from the Cathedral-view room on a clear morning are stunning, seeing the sun rise over Malaga is a fantastic treat and worth getting up early for. Laura helped us out with recommendations of where to try when we were out and about the town and they were great recommendations too (thank you!). Breakfast was really nice, standard type of Continental offerings but very fresh and reasonably priced. Worth getting if you have an early start as many places in the area don't open too early for breakfasts, or just if you fancy a good quality breakfast. Central areas are no more than 10 mins walk from here and the airport train is less than 10 mins walk from here too. Plenty to do in the area (within 30 mins walk) Would definitely stay here again if returning to Malaga.

Great location, very friendly staff and the rooftop is superb. Be careful if you hire a car though, parking is €25 a night. Parking generally in Malaga is v expensive though, so this isn’t a hotel thing.

Great hotel for sightseeing.
Great hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff and large, bright bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and with a lovely balcony. the hotel is close to lots of good restaurants, the front, the cathedral and the historical area. the staff are very friendly and helpful

The most polite staff at wonderful hotel
Second time at H10 Croma and hopefully not last one! From very first step to hotel, everything and everyone were the best! The staff were almost too polite in natural way. The rooms are very comfortable, tidy and the balconies sheltered. The were 3 big pillows at cosy beds! Nice! The location is also the best!
