Resorter i Mal

"Really nice place for a getaway. The property is huge and well-maintained. Food was really good, and the staff were very helpful."

"Areas first improvement are:- 1. Inadequate staffing 2. Waiters not attentive or happy 3. Insufficient signs around resort . No area maps at all 4. No taxis available ( outbound) from the resort 5. Bathroom not too clean. 6. Limited dining options 7. Buildings not cost of fresh paint. Otherwise excellent location. Just needs good management "

"Only a very short stay, but staff helpful, room was clean and well maintained."

"The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of."
