"Very nice room, clean and good condition No room service or breakfast in restaurant. However, our refrigirator was filled every day with fruit, juice, milk and oatmeals for breakfast. Free the and coffee as well. No actual reception, check in at the bar, but fine welcome and go-thru room and expectations. Some noise from bar during evening, but not late and you are welcome to join and taste one of the many differnt gin available in the bar 😊"

The only downside is the hotel is not staffed overnight, so be extra careful not to leave anything in your room before 'checking out' as you will not be able to get back in, I stupidly left my car keys in the room and although there was nothing we could do on the day the hotel were super resposnsive in...

"Lovely hotel. Check in and out online was straight forward and quick. Room was well equipped, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only slight complaint which is not related to hotel itself was the hotel Hoppa to terminal 5 was very unreliable. It did not turn up when due and I waited for nearly 1 hour and it still did not arrive despite staff calling them to chase up bus. Ended up having to pay taxi fee to terminal 5 last minute and paying £25. Would highly recommend hotel just be prepared to not rely on hotel Hoppa bus t"
