Jeg syntes hotellet var ok. og ligger lige ved den lækreste strand. dog larmede køleskabet så meget at det var svært at sove. Det er ingen elevator, så med dårligt knæ er det ikke sjovt at skulle op til 2 sal på trapper

Maden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.
Rengøringsdamerne var alt for højlydte ( råber/snakker højt) ude på gangene og det var til stor irritation om morgenen og bare generelt.

old dated hotel - not quite work the money
The hotel was unusual old and dated in desperate need of a renovation. It was very smelly in the rooms, bungalows and also at the pool bar.
The hotel promised WIFI in the room but that didnt work and everybody seemed to sit in reception trying to get a good connection,
The breakfast buffet was very good with a big choice.
The pool area was nice but fairly small. The 2 pool guys just sat watching the hotel guests preparing the sunbeds in the morning. Surely that should be their job??? Really bad service.
Towels and sunbeds were old and worn out
The only really good thing about the hotel apart from breakfast, was that it was on the beach.
I will not recommend this for honeymooners or anybody who wants to say in a clean and pleasantly smelling hotel. I doubt I would choose the hotel again but the problem with Beau Vallon is that the choice of middle range hotels are very limited.

1. Skulle vente over 4 timer på check in, hvor vi intet blev budt imellem tiden.
2. Der bliver kaldt fri buffet men personalet begrænser antal af pandekager og æg, blandt andet.
3. Tårnhøje priser på mad og drikkelse i forhold til resten af Øen.
4. Dårlig rengøring og desuden har vi fået stjålet ejendele fra værelset, af rengøringspersonalet hvorefter personalet ikke var behjælpelig med problemet.
5. WiFi virker overhovedet ikke, på trods af reklamering på hjemmesiden.
6. Swimmingpoolen bliver ej rengjort efter brug.
7. Hygiejnen er yderst ulækkert, ingen skift af sengetøj, lagner, badekåber og håndklæder med mindre man ringer til receptionen et par og beder om noget.
8. Det positive er stranden og personalet ved receptionen, ellers intet godt at komme efter.
Vi anbefaler ikke dette hotel til andre kunder/gæster, og slet ikk til den pris niveau.

Generelt en dårlig oplevelse.
Det meste af de 2 dage vi boede på hotellet var der arbejdende håndværker på lejlighederne ovenover, fra formiddag, til sen eftermiddag.2 gange mødte jeg karkelakker inde på toilettet. Toilettet ville ikke skylle ud. Der var og lugtede fugtigt inde på værelset, hvor der ved ankomst til værelset var en affugter inde på gulvet.
Utrolig dårlig service fra personalet.
Stranden var det eneste som gjorde det udholdeligt. Jeg er langt fra tilfreds og jeg mener I burde måske se hotellet efter i krogene og det overhovedet er et hotel til 3½ stjerner og billederne på jeres side viser langt fra den reelle virkelighed.

We like the property and have stayed here many times, but this time we found many faults eg on arrival the tv wasn't working one of the remotes was missing the safe was broken had to fix it, the spar had Alge coming out of the jets
then the power went out as there was a short in the spa
It went on and on. usually we have some faults but this time it was a litany of faults . This time one plus was the only time we had hot water all the time . We stayed at the HENNESSY hotel in MAURITUS and we could not fault it, and it was a 4 star hotel. We doubt we will stay at Berjaya again , pity as the beach and the property surrounds make for a great stay

Bra läge på stranden men dyrt hotell.
Väldigt långsam incheckning vi fick vänta 45 min fast vi var där sent på eftermiddagen. Hårda sängar men fin strand. Dyrt på hotellet.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and inexpensive compared to other places, however it is by no means cheap.
A few annoying things: even though there are two people checking in the room, they give you only one key. They had to actually cut out an extra key for me at the price of SCR 150(abt USD 20, no refund upon return of the key).
There are no elevators - the 2 flights of stairs in the scorching heat was quite something. When climbing up the said stairs there are nice picture glass windows but they are dirty, which is really bad as this is the first impression of the hotel you get as you go up to your room. All in all, our stay was pleasant. The girls at the reception desk were very courteous and helpful; especially as our luggage had gone astray in the airline system. The room service was good. The bed was comfortable. Out of the 3 restaurants, two of them were very good but expensive. The pizzeria resto was not especially good. The busboys at reception were very helpful to carry our luggage up and down the infernal stairs.
Would I go back to stay there one day? Yes, I would!!!

Beautiful beach
The hotel is right on a beautiful beach with lots of lounge chairs. Swimming is great with just enough waves to make it fun. The Indian restaurant on site has really good food.

Early Arrival was confusing and not secure. Luggage was I tagged and stored in a common closet that anyone could access. After sitting in unoccupied beach chairs for 90 minutes, we were asked by hotel security to vacate chairs for guests who had “reserved” them by placing clean unopened towels on each one. Sand was kicked on me from head to toe by a guest who claimed to have “tripped”. No WiFi or TV in room although IT was contacted

We aarived at this resort on 2 Jan 2020 and stayed for 5 days the reception area was very outdated with so old sofa and furniture that you you sink in it wet smelly and dirty the smell of bathroom filled the reception area Rooms are so uncomfirtable thst yiu say is it possibke fir the money i paid??? You paid for resort stay but no balcony at all, uncomfirtable and very old bed and towels to its last thrras falling apart The breakfasr buffeh was nit hygene at all, , cheapest ald lowest quality of cheese bread and other items food looks lije left over from last night buffe, not enought fruit just few cuts of orange, consider yiu hsbe paid a good amount of money to enjoy tropical resort The beach was full of broken glasses , you had to be very careful where you are stepping. They shoukd close this horribke hotel resort immediately, there is nothing there that yiu feel even a 2 star hotel. Do not waste yiur money and effort flying to this rotten place

Läget bra men ingen ordning på solstolar, madrasser etc. Riktig dålig service, ohjälpsam och ointresserad personal. Vi åker inte hit igen. /Mats

I stayed in this hotel in 2016 it was ok but now 2020 I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t use again! it has gone downhill, it really needs a face lift and happier staff! Such a shame as Seychelles is such a beautiful country!

schöne Lage direkt am Strand
Zimmer sind geräumig und Betten in Ordnung, das Hotel ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen, schöner Poll, mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe, für einen Zwischenstopp völlig in Ordnung
