"We stayed to be close to an event we were working. The house is listed correctly. Cold AC and excellent communication with the very nice owner. It was clean and had everything you needed. It is actually a bigger space than the pictures portray. It is a bit dated but has very interesting decor, clean and comfortable. We would stay here again."

"We were charged additional fees for having 4 people, even though the house is advertised as accommodating 4 people. At the bottom of the listing it says "Additional charges may apply for additional people based on property". Keyword "may". Says nothing about being charged extra for having 4 people in a house that sleeps 4. I think its wrong to charge people for what it's advertised for."
