Disappointment
This hotel used to be a 5 star hotel. The staff was not welcoming at all. They were all day in and out starring at their pc. Not a ‘hello’, ‘goodnight’, nothing, except for the night shift. The evening shift told me to in order to get ice cubes, I would have to go up on the 5th floor, to get my icebag. ...

Very clean
The rooms and the whole hotel was nice and clean. The hotel was fully booked, but we didnt hear any noise. I did request a room on the top floor a month prior to check-in, which was not granted, but other than that, it was a nice comfortable stay.
